The gym's cleanliness seems to vary, with some reports of subpar conditions, especially in the showers and locker rooms. The equipment is decent, but I expected more from a premium establishment. Pricing is a major concern; many believe the monthly fees are exorbitant for the service provided. The staff are generally pleasant, and I've found several trainers to be exceptionally supportive, making workouts enjoyable. However, frequent complaints about air conditioning failing during hot months and the crowded atmosphere are detrimental to my overall experience. Therefore, while there are merits to this gym, including a welcoming environment and helpful personnel, I feel significant improvements are necessary to meet the standards expected at such a price point.
